A former U.S. Marine, MBA, Mechanical Engineer and Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Mr. Stober has had experience with TPS at Toyota in Japan and has global operational improvement experience with companies of all sizes around the globe. The team will work at the direction of a senior leadership group headed by the Division SVPs and CEO Frank Papa, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network. "In order to not only compete but lead the industry, we must focus on Operational Excellence as an ongoing responsibility and priority," commented Frank Papa.
