Mar 04, 2005. /Lesprom Network/. In 2004 Latvian largest paper wholesale trading company MAP Latvia increased turnover 1% to LVL 12.5 million ($6.574 milion) compared to 2003. In 2004 Latvian paper market grew 10% compared to 2003. In 2005 MAP Latvia intends to invest LVL 100 thousand in the enterprise ($53.2 thousand). MAP Latvia started operating in 1993 under the name of Baltijas papirs. The main trends of activity are wholesale offset paper trade, paper for polygraphy and hygienic goods trade. MAP is the 3rd largest wholesale group in Europe operating in more than 20 countries across Europe.
