Two new appointments in Metsäliitto Group’s senior management

Jan 16, 2007. /Lesprom Network/. Two appointments have been made in Metsäliitto Group’s senior management. Anneli Karhula, M.Sc., (51), has been appointed group senior vice president, human resources, as of March 1, 2007. She has previously been director of human resources for Metsäliitto Group’s subsidiary Metsä-Botnia.
Juha-Pekka Ollila, M.Sc., CISA, (43), has been appointed group senior vice president, internal audit, as of February 1, 2007. He has joined Metsäliitto Group on January 2, 2007 as senior internal auditor and previously worked in PriceWaterhouseCoopers as an expert and internal auditor.
Both Anneli Karhula and Juha-Pekka Ollila will report directly to the president and CEO Kari Jordan.
Four group-level management appointments
As a result of the integration process of Metsäliitto Group’s support functions, the following management appointments have been made. Terhi Koipijärvi, M.Sc. (For.), (39), has been appointed group vice president, environment and corporate responsibility. She has previously been vice president, quality and environment, Metsäliitto Cooperative. She will report to Martin Lillandt, senior executive vice president, Metsäliitto Group.
Jarmo Toikka, BBA, (42), has been appointed group vice president, IT and group CIO. He has previously been vice president and CIO for Metsäliitto Cooperative.
Jukka Tuloisela, M.Sc (Econ.), (48), has been appointed group vice president, financial control, finance shared services. He is at present vice president, financial administration, in Metsäliitto Group’s subsidiary M-real.
Vesa Junes, B.Sc. (Econ.), (54) has been appointed group vice president, risk management. He has previously held the same position at Metsäliitto Group’s subsidiary M-real.
Jarmo Toikka, Jukka Tuloisela and Vesa Junes will report to Ilkka Pitkänen, group CFO.
