It complements the current Russian paper sales office network in Moscow, where the customer service is located, and in St. Petersburg, where the administrative functions are located, company said in a statement received by Lesprom Network. "We have built a good platform for developing satellite offices in other cities. Ekaterinburg is the first city where we are going to implement this new concept. A satellite office takes care of tasks related to sales, marketing and customer service," comments Rauno Niemelä, Paper Sales Director, Publishers, UPM Russia. Sales Manager Elena Chudinova and Assistant Larisa Berdnikova will work in the new Ekaterinburg office.
