U.S. total kraft paper shipments in November 2013 were 114.7 thousand tons, 12.6% lower compared to the prior month. Bleached kraft paper shipments increased year-over-year 9.1%, but the 3.7% year-over-year decline in unbleached kraft paper shipments was enough to bring overall kraft paper shipments down 2.1% year-over-year.

shipments in November 2013 were 114.7 thousand tons, 12.6% lower compared to
the prior month, as the American Forest & Paper Association said in the
press release received by Lesprom Network.
Bleached kraft paper shipments increased year-over-year 9.1%, but the 3.7%
year-over-year decline in unbleached kraft paper shipments was enough to bring
overall kraft paper shipments down 2.1% year-over-year. Total month-end
inventory increased 22.5% compared to October 2013.
