U.S. printing-writing paper shipments in October down 4% from 2010
Nov 21, 2011. U.S. printing-writing paper shipments decreased 4% in October 2011 compared to October 2010. All four major printing-writing grades posted decreases compared to last October. U.S. purchases (shipments + imports – exports) of printing-writing papers decreased 3% in October. Total printing-writing paper inventory levels decreased 5% compared to September 2011.

All four major printing-writing grades posted decreases compared to last October. U.S. purchases (shipments + imports – exports) of printing-writing papers decreased 3% in October. Total printing-writing paper inventory levels decreased 5% compared to September 2011, as the American Forest & Paper Association said in a press release received by Lesprom Network.
