U.S. printing-writing paper shipments in September down 8% from 2010
Oct 20, 2011. U.S. printing-writing paper shipments decreased 8% in September 2011 compared to September 2010. All four major printing-writing grades posted decreases compared to last September. U.S. purchases (shipments + imports – exports) of printing-writing papers decreased 7% in September. Total printing-writing paper inventory levels decreased 2% compared to August 2011.

All four major printing-writing grades posted decreases compared to last September. U.S. purchases (shipments + imports – exports) of printing-writing papers decreased 7% in September. Total printing-writing paper inventory levels decreased 2% compared to August 2011, as the American Forest & Paper Association said in a press release received by Lesprom Network.
