Vaahto Ltd and Japrotek Oy Ab, both subsidiaries of Vaahto Group, have signed agreements to sell factory and office buildings in Tampere and in Pietarsaari to Sponda Fund II Ky managed by Sponda Plc. The companies continue their operations as leaseholders in the above mentioned properties, Vaahto Group said in a statement received by Lesprom Network. The real estate transaction has a positive effect of Euro 4.5 million to profit before taxes in Vaahto Group. Advium Corporate Finance Ltd has acted as Vaahto Group’s adviser in the arrangement.
