West Fraser's CFO to retire
Apr 05, 2011. West Fraser announced that Gerry Miller, Executive Vice-President, Finance and CFO will retire at the end of July 2011. Larry Hughes, Senior Vice-President and Secretary, will become Vice-President, Finance and CFO upon Mr. Miller's retirement.
Apr 05, 2011. /Lesprom Network/. West Fraser announced that Gerry Miller, Executive Vice-President, Finance and CFO will retire at the end of July 2011. Mr. Miller joined the Company in 1986 as Corporate Controller and has served West Fraser in a number of senior management roles in administration, operations and finance.

Larry Hughes, Senior Vice-President and Secretary, will become Vice-President, Finance and CFO upon Mr. Miller's retirement. Mr. Hughes joined the Company in September of 2007 following a 27-year career as a corporate and commercial lawyer.
West Fraser is an integrated wood products company producing lumber, wood chips, LVL, MDF, plywood, pulp and newsprint. The Company has operations in western Canada and the southern United States.
