Ahlstrom Corporation's three largest registered shareholders on May 31, 2015 have nominated the following persons as their representatives in the Shareholders' Nomination Board of Ahlstrom: Thomas Ahlström, Alexander Ehrnrooth, Risto Murto, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

The company's Chairman of the Board Panu Routila and Jan Inborr, as nominated by the Board, are also members of the Nomination Board.

Holdings by a group of shareholders who have agreed to nominate a joint representative to the Nomination Board have been summed up when calculating the share of all the voting rights, provided that the shareholders in question have presented a joint written request to that effect together with a copy of such an agreement to the Chairman of the Board no later than May 30, 2015.
