The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. appoints Ernst & Young Audyt Polska sp. z o.o. sp.k., as Company’s auditors authorized to audit the Company’s financial statements. The appointment has been made according to generally applicable provisions and professional standards, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network. 

The contract with the auditor will be concluded for the period necessary for the performance of the services.

Arctic Paper SA is a Poland-based holding company engaged in the paper industry. The Company divides its business into three segments of graphic paper: Fine paper, Newsprint, and Magazine paper.
