Oct 11, 2005. /Lesprom Network/. Arkhangelski pulp-and-paper mill (Arkhangelsk region, Russia) will own 59.5% of Arkhbum shares, enterprise's press-service reported. On the October 11, 2005, board of directors of Arkhangelski pulp-and-paper mill decided to conclude a bargain with PKP Titan and to buy 40.5% of Arkhbum shares. At present Arkhangelski pulp-and-paper mill owns 19% of the shares. Archbum will remain to be a broker of Arkhangelski pulp-and-paper mill. Financial results of Arkhbum will be consolidated into financial accounting of Arkhangelski pulp-and-paper mill. The amount of the deal is not reported. The board of directors considered also the business operations plan forecast of Arkhangelski pulp-and-paper mill for 2006. The plan will be approved at the next meeting. The results of technical re-equipment program for the first 8 months 2005 were also discussed. The main projects of that period were building of a new wood-preparing workshop and a raw wood exchange and reconstruction of a caldron for bark and waste wood incineration.
