The purchase formally closed on September, 16 after receiving court approval to proceed with the closing on September 11, 2013. Cenveo has acquired substantially all of the operating assets of National Envelope. National Envelope will immediately take on the Cenveo name, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
