Masisa S.A. on Tuesday named Eugenio Arteaga Infante as its new chief financial officer effective Sept. 25, replacing Alejandro Droste Bertolo, who will leave the company Sept. 8. Arteaga most recently held the position of chief financial director of Pennsylvania Power & Light's Latin American business, the Chilean forestry and wood products company said in a statement.
