Mar 04, 2010. /Lesprom Network/. Certain assets of North Pacific Group recently were liquidated and subsequently purchased by Atlas Holdings. Those assets have been reorganized and now operate under a new company name and brand - Bridgewell Resources, as Random Lengths reported. Brian Smith is Bridgewell's vice president of lumber and boards; Jack Henderson is vice president, domestic wood products; Gregg Wilkinson is vice president, international sales; and Leonard Greer is sales manager, industrial products. Meanwhile, Southern Mississippi Trading, a newly formed subsidiary of Forest City Trading Group, has agreed to purchase certain assets of the Southern Division of North Pacific. A hearing to seek an order approving the sale is scheduled for March 19 in a U.S. District Court in Portland, Oregon.
