The dividend is payable on May 2, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 1, 2016, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

The new dividend rate of $0.125 per share represents a 4% increase compared to the prior rate and is the fourth consecutive annual increase.
