May 24, 2007. /Lesprom Network/. In May 2007 the group which consists of JSC Grigiskes and daughter enterprise Baltwood LTD reached a turnover of LTL 10.5 million (Euro 3.0 million). Over four months of 2007 the group’s turnover totalled LTL 44.6 million (Euro 12.9 million). Sales in January-April 2007 increased by 14% year-on-year. Over four months 2007 the group earned a profit of LTL 2.0 million (Euro 600 000). In the year 2007 the group is planning to sell products and services of LTL 159 million (Euro 46.1 million) and earn a profit of LTL 9 million (Euro 2.6 million). JSC Grigiskes is a manufacturer of toilet paper, paper towels, paper napkins, medical cellulose wadding, corrugated board, hardboard and painted hardboard. In May 2003 Grigiškės AB together with Danish wood company DTE (Dansk Traeemballage A/S) and Danish entrepreneur Pier Nielsen founded joint company BaltWood UAB.
