Latvia's timber exports increased by 53% in 7 months

Sweden, Great Britain and Germany were the main export markets for Latvian timber. In the first seven months of the year, Latvia exported LVL 85.6 million ($158 million) worth of timber to Sweden (an 18.5% increase on last year), LVL 59 million ($109 million) to Great Britain (12.7% increase), and LVL 53.1 million ($98 million) to Germany (11.5% increase).
