The value of the order, which is booked for the first quarter of 2005, is not disclosed. The machine will start production during the first quarter of 2006. Metso's scope of delivery will comprise a complete Advantage DCT100 tissue line together with the dust management system and air and ventilation equipment. The order also comprises stock preparation systems from Metso Paper as well as quality and control automation systems from Metso Automation. The tissue machine will have a wire width of 2.8 meters, an operating speed of 1600 m/min and a daily production of 60 to 90 tons of high-quality facial and bathroom tissue grades. The Fujian Heng Li Group has nine branch companies in different provinces in China, and twelve provincial agencies. Its core products are female hygiene products, baby diapers and facial tissue, now complemented by bathroom tissue.
