Mr. Michelman will be responsible for supporting the company’s aggressive strategic growth initiatives globally. He will work closely with Michelman’s Corporate Development team that is engaged in acquisitions, joint ventures, and all non-organic growth of the company.

Mr. Michelman’s duties will include working with external advisors, as well as associates throughout Michelman, to identify acquisition opportunities. He will then be responsible for all aspects of closure among identified opportunities including due diligence, financing, investment analysis, negotiations and integration of key acquisition targets.

Mr. Michelman brings 20 years of global acquisition experience having worked extensively throughout the USA, Europe and Asia.
