Jul 26, 2005. /Lesprom Network/ Monetary turnover by Bolderaja (Latvia) increased 17.7% to LVL 6.181 million ($10.6 million) in January-June 2005 compared to January-June 2004. Profits – up 68.2% to LVL 526.6 thousand ($907 thousand). Bolderaja was established in 1993 and is one of the largest timber-processing enterprises in the Baltic states. The company produces particleboard, floor and ceiling decorative materials, furniture parts, window cells and fly-tables. In 2003 BBG acquired the majority stock of Bolderaja in order to modernize the production to fulfill orders of IKEA and to provide particleboard supplies to BBG.
