Nippon Paper Industries integrates Soka mill and Ashikaga mill
Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd. has decided to integrate Soka mill in Soka, Saitama and Ashikaga mill in Ashikaga, Tochigi as of April 1 this year. The new name after the integration will be Kanto mill.

The new name after the integration will be Kanto mill, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Soka mill and Ashikaga mill have been cooperating closely to conduct the paperboard business in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
Taking the stringent business environment into consideration, Nippon Paper Industries will strengthen the collaboration system centered on the back office section to further enhance the competitiveness and efficiency of the mills by integrating the two mills.
