Paprec Group, and Interseroh have entered into exclusive negotiations in relation to the acquisition by Paprec Recyclage of Interseroh France, the French subsidiary of the German Group Interseroh until October 1, 2010, company said in a statement received by Lesprom Network. Previously named CDI, Interseroh France is one of the sizeable players in the collecting of paper waste in France. Its parent company has expressed its interest that its French subsidiary enters into discussions with Paprec Recyclage in the context of an ambitious European agreement. The two parties have agreed on allowing themselves a few weeks to enter into a satisfying agreement allowing the transfer of the shares of Interseroh France to Paprec. Interseroh France is now in charge of the collection of approximately 300,000 tons of waste paper for a turnover of Euro 42 million as of 2009.
