Pfleiderer expands board

Dec 14, 2010. /Lesprom Network/. The Supervisory Board of Pfleiderer AG strengthens the Executive Board which up to now consisted of Hans H. Overdiek, Pawel Wyrzykowski and Heiko Graeve. With immediate effect, Ernst Pelzer takes on the newly created board position for Restructuring. In this role, Ernst Pelzer is to strengthen the board and will play an essential part in the reorganisation of the company, as Pfleiderer said in a press release received by Lesprom Network. “Mr Pelzer has many years of operational experience in industry as well as consulting experience in the fields of restructuring,” said Christopher von Hugo, Chairman of the Supervisory Board. “We are convinced that he can make a vital contribution to the restructuring and reorganisation of Pfleiderer AG.” Ernst Pelzer worked as a consultant at Roland Berger for over ten years, most recently as a Senior Advisor, and was previously in charge of group financing at Schering AG and Hanse Holding. Pfleiderer Group is one of the worldwide leading manufacturers of engineered wood, surface finished products and laminate flooring.
