Jan 08, 2009. /Lesprom.com/. Powerflute Oyj appointed David Andrew Walton as CFO, effective immediately, the company said in a statement received by Lesprom Network. David, who brings considerable relevant experience to the group, has previously held senior operational and financial roles, including main board positions, in a number of international public companies and has worked in the UK, the US and Europe. Most recently, he was the chief executive of API Group plc. Powerflute Oyj, a holding company which, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Savon Sellu Oy, operates a semi-chemical paper mill near Kuopio, Finland.
