Rayonier appoints Edwin Kiker as Vice President, Investor Relations

In this role, Kiker will be the company’s primary contact with the investment community with responsibility for executing the overall investor relations strategy. He will report directly to Hans E. Vanden Noort, senior vice president and CFO. Kiker assumes responsibility for the investor relations function from Carl Kraus, senior vice president, finance, who will retire effective December 31.

In this role, Kiker will be the company’s primary contact with the investment community with responsibility for executing the overall investor relations strategy. He will report directly to Hans E. Vanden Noort, senior vice president and CFO. Kiker assumes responsibility for the investor relations function from Carl Kraus, senior vice president, finance, who will retire effective December 31, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network.

Kiker joined Rayonier in 2002 as vice president, internal audit, and became controller, real estate in 2011. Before joining Rayonier, he held audit positions with Great Lakes Chemical and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
