He is responsible for all aspects of the corporate human resources function including the development and implementation of the company-wide talent strategy, Rayonier said in a statement received by Lesprom Network. Posze brings more than 22 years of human resources and management experience to Rayonier. Most recently, he was with Albemarle Corporation, a manufacturer of polymers and fine chemicals, in Baton Rouge, La., where he served as global director, human Resources – Asia Pacific. Rayonier is a leading international forest products company with three core businesses: Timber, Real Estate and Performance Fibers. The company owns, leases or manages 2.5 million acres of timber and land in the United States and New Zealand.
