Rengo Co., Ltd. announces that its consolidated subsidiary Tri-Wall Limited in Hong Kong, has acquired an 80% membership interest in Aldez Containers, LLC through Tri-Wall’s wholly-owned subsidiary.
Rengo carries out its packaging materials business related to heavy duty corrugated packaging mainly in Asia and Europe through the Tri-Wall Group. With the manufacturing sector, including the automobile industry, expected to return to the United States, TW Michigan Inc. was established last year to take the first step towards full-scale business in the United States.
By adding Aldez Containers as a new business location, Rengo hopes to strengthen its supply system in the United States to further expand its business.
