The management board of Pfleiderer Grajewo S.A. reports that on October 5 2006 Pfleiderer OOO of Russia (a subsidiary undertaking of Pfleiderer Grajewo S.A.) and ZAO Raiffeisenbank Austria of Russia signed an annex to the Euro 14 million loan agreement of July 29, 2005, whereby the repayment date of the loan was postponed until July 30, 2007, PAP Market Insider reported.
The criterion for considering the agreement as significant is the value of the сompany’s equity.
