Russia to abolish pulp export duties
5. The Russian government abolished export duty on softwood, natrin or sulphate pulp exports excluding soluble types, unbleached and half-bleached and softwood bleached pulp (TN VED 4703 11 000 0, 4703 21 000 1, 4703 21 000 9).
Apr 15, 2005. /Lesprom Network/. The Russian government abolished export duty on softwood, natrin or sulphate pulp exports excluding soluble types, unbleached and half-bleached and softwood bleached pulp (TN VED 4703 11 000 0, 4703 21 000 1, 4703 21 000 9).
The following decision is regulated by the order N 212 on the ‘pulp export customs duty rate’.
The current export duty is 10% of the customs price.
