The management of the enterprise will be performed by East-Siberian Timber Industry Company, an affiliate of Continental Management. The information on the acquisition of Predvidinsky was confirmed by Irkutsk deputy governor who spoke at Baikal economic forum: 'As far as I am informed, Continental Management acquired Predvidinsky in line with the legal procedures of state property acquisition. The new investor has a number of obligations and I believe that CM will ccarry out their duties, which also feature the preservation of jobs, as well as investmets and tax payments.'
