Jan 21, 2004. /Lesprom Network/. Russian Segezhsky pulp and paper enterprise-owned timber mills declined timber exports 7% to 462,86 thousand cub m in 2003 compared with the prior period in 2002. Timber skidding reduced 5% to 465,89 thousand cub m, cross-cutting - down 6% to 454,5 thousand cub m, round timber production - down 8% to 341,7 thousand cub m. Presently Segezhsky pulp and paper enterprise production capacity is 400 thousand cub m of sulfate pulp, bag paper - 350 thousand tons, paper bags 500 million pieces. Segezhsky owns Padani, Sukkozero, Chupinsky, Segezhales, Uhtua, Kem-Les and Valdailes enterprises.
