Moscow Mar, 23. /Lesprom Network/. Russian timber production reached 97.2% in January-February 2005 compared to January-February 2004, the Federal statistics service reported. Logs removal reached 97.9%, commercial timber production – 100.8%. Timber procession and production of wooden goods – 108.4%, pulp and paper production, polygraphy and publishing – 98.6%. Timber-processing producer’s prices reached 102.9%, pulp and paper, publishing and polygraphy – 101.0%.
