Seshasayee Paper & Boards slashes paper prices after excise duty cut
Dec 16, 2008. /Lesprom.com/. Seshasayee Paper & Boards announced that the company had reduced prices in the range of Rs 1,600 ($33) to Rs 2,000 ($42) a ton on printing and writing paper, kraft paper and other varieties of paper manufactured by the company.

The company disclosed that they had passed on the benefit of 4% reduction in excise duty announced by the central government to its customers, effective from December 8, 2008.
