Sonae Indústria's indirect affiliate, Isoroy SAS, has completed the sale of the business and assets relating to its Ussel plant, located in France, including the transfer of the employees dedicated to this business, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

The present transaction is estimated to have no impact on the consolidated shareholders’ funds of Sonae Indústria, SGPS, SA.

Sonae Indústria is one of the largest wood-based panel producers in the world.
