Stefan Lundin has been CFO of Setra since autumn 2003, when Setra was formed through a merger between Mellanskog Industri AB and AssiDomän Timber Holding AB. Anders Marklund, Group Controller at Setra since 2005, will now become acting CFO, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
“Stefan has made significant contributions which have taken Setra to its present position as one of Sweden’s leading wood products companies,” says Hannele Arvonen, President and CEO of Setra.
“We are currently at a phase where we are discussing strategies for Setra’s future development and here we lack consensus on key directional issues. Together we have therefore reached the conclusion that it is best to go our separate ways,” says Arvonen.
Setra is one of Sweden’s largest wood products companies and a leading player in Europe. The company offers eco-certified wood products for interiors and construction to customers in the building materials trade and industry.
