It has taken a 100 % shareholding in the Canadian Canplast Group.
The Group has manufacturing facilities in Montreal, Brampton and Greensboro (USA) producing the main product of high-quality plastic edgings for the furnishing industry. Canplast generated sales of 48 million Canadian dollars (30 million euros) with a workforce of some 225 staff.

The intention is to manage “Woodtape” and “Canplast” as independent brands.
