Jul 06, 2005. /Lesprom Network/. The general meeting of Svetogorsk (Leningrad region, Russia) held on June, 27 2005 decided not to pay dividends for 2004. The general meeting decided to direct all undistributed profits for investments. The general meeting also elected a new board of directors: Mar Mcguire, Robert Amen, Robert Brennan, David Bailey, S. Pondar; as well as elected the revision commission, approved the annual and accountant’s budgets. Deloitte and Tusch was approved as auditor for 2005.
