Sep 07, 2005. /Lesprom Network/. Ville Jaakonsalo (34) has been appointed Botnia’s senior vice president, finance, and a member of the management group with effect from 1 October 2005. In his new post, Mr. Jaakonsalo will be responsible for all duties belonging to the administration competence centre. His office will be in Espoo, where he will report to the company’s president and CEO. Ville Jaakonsalo is joining Botnia from Metsä Finance, where he was in charge of the Metsäliitto Group’s long-term financing and finance law. Lauri Junnila, who has held the post of senior vice president, strategy and finance, will join Kemira on 1 October 2005. His duties relating to strategic investments and strategy development will, for the time being, be handled by the company’s president and CEO.
