Grace has been named vice president in addition to her existing roles as corporate secretary and assistant general counsel. She reports to Sandy McDade, senior vice president and general counsel. Grace has served as the company’s corporate secretary and assistant general counsel since 2000. She joined Weyerhaeuser in 1997 as a senior attorney and became senior legal counsel in 1999.
