Ferguson began his career with Union Camp as a land management Forester in 1990, additional positions included wood procurement and inventory/planning. He joined AFM in 1999 as Forest Management Planner. During his years with the company, he has served in senior leadership roles in Investment Services, Appraisal and Technical Services, making significant contributions to the company’s expansion as AFM grew to become one of the largest forestry consulting firms in the U.S.
