He will continue to work for the company until the end of 2008, in a new position with special responsibility for implementing the ongoing restructuring of the company. Senior vice president for strategy, Rune Gjessing, will also act as CFO until further notice. Norske Skog is a producer of newsprint and magazine paper, with 18 paper mills around the world.
