customer services will see four new full-time members of staff joining the team
in Carlisle to ensure high quality service is supplied to BSW’s
customers across the UK, and worldwide, as
the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Tony Lockey, head of customer services at BSW Timber, said: “At BSW, we
have a long standing commitment to our customers and our aim is to continue to
provide a high quality service. We treat our customers as individuals, listen
carefully to them, are sensitive to their needs, and take ownership of problems
so that they can be confident that someone is dealing with a request.
“The new centre will enable us to place a greater focus on customer
priorities and help enhance our existing strong business relationships.”
BSW Timber is the largest sawmilling business in Great Britain and the company's
foundations go back to 1848.
