Aug 18, 2009. /Lesprom Network/. AbitibiBowater is closing its co-owned Bowater Mersey paper mill in Brooklyn, Nova Scotia for 5 weeks beginning on August 29th, until October 4th, ForestTalk reported.
This downtime will be the fourth shutdown at the mill this year. 175 employees will be out of work.
