Canadian lumber production increased by 7% in October 2015
Lumber production by Canadian sawmills in October 2015 increased 2.2% from September to 5 683.3 thousand cubic metres in October. Compared with October 2014, lumber production rose 7%.

October 2014, lumber production rose 7%, as Statistics Canada said in the press
release received by Lesprom Network.
Sawmills shipped 5 875.6 thousand cubic metres of lumber in October, up
4.7% from September. Shipments rose 10.3%
compared with October 2014.
