Luc Perron's position is effective immediately and he will be primarily working from Cathay's Toronto office. Luc Perron is a Chartered Accountant and brings with him significant experience in senior finance roles within several industries. In addition to leading corporate finance and administration activities, Luc is experienced with securities regulatory reporting, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. Felix Tung, Cathay's outgoing CFO will work with Luc Perron for a brief transition period. Cathay Forest is a forest products company managing standing timber properties and developing fast-growth, high-yield poplar plantations in the China.
