Construction of $30 million decker began at Selenguinsky PCM
Jul 12, 2006. /Lesprom Network/. Construction of decker worth $30 million began at Selenguinsky PCM (Buryatia Republic, Russia, part of Continental Management forest industry company), Continental Management press-service reported.
Setting of decker into operation will allow to increase enterprise’s productive capacity to 180 000 of unbleached market pulp per annum.
The project is being realized in co-operation with Finnish Metso. Equipment installation is planned for beginning of 2007.
Moreover, management of Continental Management decided to modernize existent corrugated production to provide high-quality produce confirming to international standards. Project’s value is $1 million.
