Mr. Jamerson will represent Ensyn’s Preferred A shareholders, replacing Governor Bill Weld. Governor Weld will continue to serve on the Board, having been elected to do so by Ensyn’s shareholders in the last Annual General Meeting.
Bruce Jamerson brings a wealth of experience to Ensyn in energy, agriculture and finance. He served as Chairman and CEO of Mascoma Corporation, a producer of industrial yeasts and microorganisms for renewable fuels and chemicals, and was President and a Board member of ethanol producer VeraSun Energy Corporation. Bruce is currently President of Conifer Investments, LLC, a strategic advisory firm, and holds Board positions with Benson Hill Biosystems, an agricultural biotech company and Novita LLC, an animal protein nutrition company.
Ensyn is a leader in the production of cellulosic liquid biofuels produced from wood residues and other non-food woody biomass.
