Finnpulp elected two members to its Board of Directors
Finnpulp Oy strengthened it's Board of Directors as a result of expanding the company's ownership base, carried out in April. In the annual general meeting, two new members were chosen to the Board of Directors, Gustaf Björnberg and Peter Ingman.

expanding the company's ownership base, carried out in April. In the annual
general meeting, two new members were chosen to the Board of Directors, Gustaf
Björnberg and Peter Ingman, as the company said in the press release received
by Lesprom Network.
Chairman of the board, Niilo Pellonmaa and Vice-chairman Jyrki
Yrjö-Koskinen continue in their positions. In addition, other existing members
of the board are CEO Martti Fredrikson and Project Director Timo Piilonen.
Finnpulp is planning to realize the world's largest softwood pulp mill
investment in Kuopio, Finland. The mill's annual
production capacity will be 1.2 million tons of softwood pulp.
