Ms. Wentworth is the retired Senior Vice President, CFO and Treasurer of BlueLinx Holdings Inc., a building products distributor, where she served from January 2007 until February 2008. Prior to joining BlueLinx, she was Vice President and CFO for BellSouth Corporation's Communications Group and held various other positions there from 1985 until 2007.
